• Five panel Drug Screen
• Physician administered Physical exam
• Human Performance Evaluation to ensure our employees are able to perform the rigorous tasks involved in our delivery service.
• Full DOT compliance in CDL hiring practice including substance abuse and safety performance investigation.

Our Safety Training includes:

• Job Hazard Awareness. This training gives instruction in how to assess a jobsite to identify, then minimize or eliminate hazards.
• Fall Protection.
• The proper understanding of when and how to use PPE. ISC has a mandatory PPE policy that includes Safety Toed boots, and High Visibility Safety Vests. This is in addition to any other PPE needed to complete a particular delivery.
